Eléonore Billy (France)

Eléonore started to play nyckeharpa when she discovered swedish folk music. She was the first french musician to study this instrument at the Eric Sahlström Institutet in Tobo, Sweden. Since then, she is very active in France to spread her passion, trouhgh concerts, exhibitions, workshops. She collaborates with musicians from differents backgrounds including rock, traditionnal, classical, and her style of playing is influenced by this experience. She composes, writes, arranges and performs with the musicians of her different groups: Tokso Folk String Quartet, Octantrion, Boann, Sym.
